Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Extern Renal PRN to
join our skilled team. In this role, you will support the delivery
of exceptional renal care under the supervision of experienced
nursing staff at our dynamic healthcare facilities. This position
is critical in assisting with the treatment of renal patients and
providing support to their families, ensuring alignment with our
core mission to improve human life. Assist in the monitoring and
recording of patient conditions and progress. Support renal
healthcare teams in the delivery of patient care plans. Help manage
patient needs and communicate updates to senior nursing staff.
Participate in patient and family education regarding renal health.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety measures.
Basic understanding of renal health and treatment methods. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Capability to work
effectively in a team-oriented environment. Aptitude for quick
learning and adhering to health protocols. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k BLS Certification
required. Active status as a Nurse Extern in the state of
practice.
