Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated RN Program Coordinator for our
ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) program, pivotal in
managing clinical, administrative, and education functions. This
role enhances the delivery of high-quality, specialized care in
critical care units, overseeing program development, staff
training, patient care management, and adherence to clinical
guidelines. Ideal candidates will pioneer efforts to expand program
offerings, implement best practices and ensure excellence in ECMO
patient outcomes. Develop and implement ECMO program protocols and
standards in alignment with clinical guidelines. Train and
supervise clinical staff on ECMO procedures and updates. Evaluate
patient eligibility and oversee the ECMO patient care process.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance ECMO service
delivery. Manage program documentation and compile reports on
patient outcomes and program efficacy. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in research and
continuous education on ECMO advancements. Expertise in ECMO
technology and critical care. Strong leadership and team management
skills. Excellent communication and education abilities. Experience
in program development and management. Proficient in data analysis
and performance metrics. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license. Certification in
Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred. Formal training in ECMO
operation and management.
