evaluate nursing care for surgical patients before, during, and
post-operatively. Maintain a sterile environment in the operating
room. Work alongside surgical teams to ensure effective
communication and safe patient outcomes. Administer medications and
monitor patient vitals during surgery. Educate patients and their
families on postoperative care. Proficiency in operating room
protocols and sterility standards. Strong communication and
teamwork skills. Adept in high-stress environments and emergency
response. Ability to administer and record medications accurately.
