Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to
support the academic, social, and emotional development of students
in a school setting located in Rutherfordton, NC. This contract
role offers the chance to collaborate with educators, parents, and
support staff to create a positive and effective learning
environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive
psychological assessments to identify students' learning needs and
challenges. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
in collaboration with educators and families. Provide counseling
and support services to students facing emotional and behavioral
challenges. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to
discuss student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Assist
in crisis intervention and contribute to school-wide initiatives
promoting mental health and wellness. Desired Qualifications and
Experience: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or
related field. Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
in accordance with state regulations. Experience working
effectively with children, parents, and school staff. Strong
knowledge of psychological testing, data interpretation, and
evidence-based interventions. Excellent communication,
organizational, and problem-solving skills. Location:
