Job Description Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to a permanent, full-time role with nationwide Healthcare Corporation here in Greenwood, SC and the surrounding areas. Daily Responsibilities For The Physical Therapist Deliver in-home and facility-based physical therapy services—primarily to a geriatric, Medicare-funded population—while managing an average caseload of 6 patients per day and collaborating closely with nursing and physician teams to develop individualized care plans Evaluate patients, establish short- and long-term rehabilitation goals, and supervise treatment implementation, including delegating appropriate interventions to licensed physical therapy assistants Provide ongoing supervision and instruction to therapy staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, treatment plans, and progress benchmarks, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and additional caseloads Required Qualifications For The Physical Therapist Graduate of a BS or MS level course in physical therapy as accredited by the American Physical therapy Association Licensed or Registered Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/organizational requirements Benefits For The Physical Therapist Best-in-class Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA/FSA Life and AD&D Insurance Short and Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program 401(k) with Employer Match Stock Purchase Plan Tuition Reimbursement Pay Details: $90 - $100k annually | This is a pay-per-visit position Shift: Monday – Friday | 8a-5p Interested in being considered?
