Active NC Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS credential from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Demonstrated experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care interventions preferred. Documentation proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.
