Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated Travel Long
Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse to join our team in
Bristol, Tennessee. This position is ideal for a compassionate
caregiver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate
about delivering high-quality medical care in challenging
situations. Our LTAC RNs play a pivotal role in the recovery
process of chronically ill or post-ICU patients who require
extended hospital care. Gifted Healthcare ensures that our nurses
are placed in roles where they can thrive and bring about positive
patient outcomes while enhancing their professional skills. Provide
direct and individualized nursing care to long-term acute care
patients. Monitor and track patient health and document care in
patient medical records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary
healthcare teams to formulate a personalized care plan. Educate
patients and their families on illness management and recovery
processes. Assess patient symptoms and provide necessary
treatments. Maintain patient safety and cleanliness standards.
Proficient in high acuity care settings. Able to use advanced
medical equipment. Strong understanding and clinical skills in
Long-Term Acute Care Practice. Exceptional organizational and
communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Tennessee. BLS/CPR certification. ACLS preferred.
