Ballad Health Medical Associates is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for pediatrics to join our Ballad Health Rural Health Clinic located inside Johnson County Community Hospital in Mountain City, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FNP who enjoys caring for children and families and wants to play a key role in growing a pediatric practice within a close-knit rural community. The clinic currently includes one physician and two advanced practice providers and provides outpatient-only primary care—no inpatient or hospital rounding required. While the primary focus will be on building and serving a pediatric patient base, the provider should also be comfortable seeing adult patients as needed to support access and continuity of care in our community.
