Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Greensboro, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,955 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: - EKG exam required for all RNs - EPIC charting experience required Description: Mandatory questionnaire must be completed prior to offer. Candidate must be aware of their application and job description. Candidate should be flexible with scheduling and understand the strict attendance policy. No barriers should prevent the candidate from completing compliance on time. Candidate must pass the EKG exam, regardless of specialty, during compliance. Position requires night shifts, including every third weekend and holidays as needed. Float between different campuses may be required. Acute care rehabilitation experience is preferred but not mandatory. Patient ratio will be 1 nurse to 6 patients. Responsibilities will include interpretation of laboratory results and medication reconciliation. The candidate will perform dressing changes and set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays. Phlebotomy and specimen labeling will also be part of the duties. The nursing role will focus on a variety of patient diagnoses, including CVA, TBI, and spinal cord injuries. Coordination with interdisciplinary teams to provide specialized care will be necessary. Daily census in the unit will average 39 patients. Nurses will work in an inpatient rehabilitation department providing care for patients with rehabilitation needs. Barriers preventing compliance or availability should be communicated at the time of application. Full compliance file is required prior to the start date. Candidates must confirm that no open cases exist on their background check. Distance limitations may apply; candidates outside specified radius are not accepted.
