Facility: Sylva Valley Health & Rehab (Skilled Nursing Facility)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a About
the role Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Certified Medication
Aides (CMAs/Medication Aides) to strengthen our in-house team. If
you’re dependable, team-oriented, and want a steady schedule with
supportive leadership, we’d love to meet you. What we offer
Competitive pay (based on experience and shift) 12-hour shifts:
7a–7p / 7p–7a Shift differentials for nights/weekends (where
applicable) Vacation time Sick time (per eligibility) Training and
structured onboarding A team focused on stability and consistent
care CMA (Medication Aide) responsibilities Administer medications
within CMA scope and facility policy Document medication
administration accurately and on time Monitor for side
effects/adverse reactions and report promptly Communicate
missed/refused meds, PRNs, and concerns to the nurse Requirements
CNA: Current CNA certification (state-approved) CMA/Medication
Aide: Current CMA/Medication Aide credential (state-approved)
Dependable attendance and teamwork SNF/LTC experience preferred
