Staffmark is partnering with our client, a global provider of financial services technology in Hickory NC, to hire Call Center Customer Service Representatives! We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that can demonstrate excellence in delivering both world class customer service and problem resolution.Why do you want to work in the Customer Service Position?

    • 1+years working in a customer focused environment
    • Experience navigating dual monitors and several applications at a time
    • Demonstrate ability to multi-task (talk on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
    • Strong customer focus with experience resolving issues with a positive outcome
    • Strong attention to detail, communication and listening skills
