Job Description:

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Sous Chef to run a scratch restaurant. As an Sous Chef you will be responsible for:

Teach, train and mentor all chefs based on menus
Responsible for helping food and labor costs, managing waste, ordering and inventory
Hands on approach, as this is a "working in the trenches" kind of chefAs an Sous Chef you will need to meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years as an experianced lead line cook or sous chef
- Knowledge of scratch cooking preferably
- Basic knowledge of computer software including outlook, microsoft and excel
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all food distribution contacts
- Working knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.
- Able to work in a fast pace environmentAs an Sous Chef you should expect:
  - Salary range $45,000 - $50,000
  - Medical, Dental and Vision
  - Possibly working nights, weekends and holidays
