diverse and exciting menu of Italian-American dishes.Lead and
mentor the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality
and consistency.Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to
maximize profitability.Ensure food safety and sanitation standards
are met and exceeded.Collaborate with management to create
innovative seasonal specials.Maintain a positive and collaborative
working environment in the kitchen.We Are Looking for an Executive
Chef Who:Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a
high-volume restaurant.Strong knowledge of Italian-American cuisine
and culinary techniques.Excellent leadership and team management
skills.Creativity and innovation in menu development.Strong
understanding of food cost control and kitchen management.Food
Safety Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a
plus.Passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our
