-Job SummaryLeads, directs and coordinates all employee relations functions for the organization in accordance with the law, policy and Just Culture principles. Leads or provides oversight on HR investigations. Counsel leaders/HR staff on appropriate disciplinary action and termination decisions. Reviews employment data and trend analysis and provides recommendations to improve staff retention and turnover. Experience in a healthcare environment utilizing the tenants of Just Culture strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
