About the Role: Workforce Navigator As a Workforce Navigator, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through their career journeys, offering support, and connecting them with the tools and opportunities they need to thrive. This position is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience who thrives on building relationships and making a difference in people’s lives. What You’ll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted resource for individuals seeking career guidance and workforce opportunities. Assist with identifying and connecting clients to relevant programs, training, and job placement services. Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, employers, and community partners to expand resources and opportunities. Provide one-on-one support to help clients achieve their career goals, including resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Track and document client progress, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up. What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications Experience: At least 1 year of experience in workforce development, career counseling, or a related field. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and partners. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records with accuracy. Empathy and Interpersonal Skills: A genuine desire to help others and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals.
