The Position We're looking for team members who possess a high
value on customer service, relationship building, and have a sense
of urgency with helping customers. The Installation Technician will
be required to go onsite to customer locations to install point of
sale equipment, peripherals, surveillance systems, structured
cabling, and network management devices for restaurant
establishments. Be efficient using basic power and hand tools. Must
have problem solving skills and adapt to changes that occur in the
field. In addition, ability to take direction from supervisors and
management all while possessing excellent communication &
troubleshooting skills. The Installation Technician will work
closely with our Production team and will be required to meet
deadlines, be detail oriented, and have a passion for helping
others. The responsibilities of the Installation Technician include
but may not be limited to the following: Install structured network
cabling (Cat-5, Cat-6) and terminating ends Install various types
of hardware devices (POS Touchscreens, Kitchen Display Equipment,
Payment Devices, Firewalls, Switches, IP Cameras, etc.) Install
network racks (6U, 12U, etc.) Provide final testing of installed
equipment to ensure it functions properly and meets desired
specifications. Documentation of all field work Drive company
vehicles Seek out and/or accept ongoing learning opportunities
Adapt to changing technologies, solutions, and duties at any time.

time. The Installation Technicians will report directly to the
Production Manager and work closely with other Installation
Technicians . Success will be dependent on the individual's ability
to learn technology that is used in the establishment and have the
ability to meet deadlines. Key Characteristics of the Ideal

Multitasking - This is not a steady state or static environment.
Workflow will cycle and interruptions are normal, so this person
must be able to juggle and adjust on the fly Requirements Work off
