Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and software solutions, is seeking an ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Partnership Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Business Development team. This role is pivotal in forging strategic partnerships with software vendors to enhance our service offerings and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential ISV partners, negotiating partnerships, and managing ongoing relationship management to drive revenue growth and innovation in payment solutions. Identify potential ISV partners that align with the company's strategic goals and product offerings. Negotiate and close partnership deals with ISVs to expand and enhance payment solutions. Coordinate with internal teams such as product development and marketing to ensure partner integration success. Manage and nurture existing relationships with ISVs to foster long-term business growth. Establish clear partnership frameworks and guidelines. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new partnership opportunities. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. Strong negotiation skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and business metrics Project management experience Deep understanding of payment technology ecosystems Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred Certified Partnership Professional (CPP) is a plus
