At JLL, a leader in real estate services and investment management, we are looking for a highly skilled Lead Mechanical Engineer to oversee our engineering operations within our innovative Information Technology solutions department. This role focuses on optimizing facility operations and enhancing machinery and system designs to improve the cost-effectiveness and performance of our real estate assets. As a Lead, you will strategize, design, and implement mechanical systems that support the infrastructure of numerous high-value properties, ensuring alignment with our operational goals and sustainability standards. Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems within IT infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical designs align with overall property strategies. Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and related personnel. Manage projects from conception through to completion, including budgeting and timelines. Continuously evaluate mechanical systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure all engineering projects and processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Proficient in advanced engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and building management systems Excellent project management and leadership skills Ability to analyze complex data and create system solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus HVAC certification beneficial
