Our freight includes quartz slabs, storage containers, and other heavy or specialty loads. We are known for our professionalism, attention to safety, and commitment to customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced CDL Flatbed Driver to join our team. Position Overview We are hiring a CDL Flatbed Delivery Driver for regional routes, operating large flatbed trucks. Drivers will transport materials to commercial and residential job sites throughout the region. This position runs Sunday through Friday, with drivers leaving Sunday and returning home by Friday. This role is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused driver who takes pride in their work and customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate a flatbed commercial vehicle on regional routes Load, secure, transport, and unload materials using proper equipment Haul oversized, heavy, or awkward freight such as quartz slabs and storage containers Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Secure loads in compliance with DOT and company regulations Follow assigned delivery routes and maintain delivery schedules Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and job-site personnel Accurately complete delivery paperwork and driver logs Adhere to all safety policies, DOT regulations, and company procedures Qualifications Valid CDL (Required) Experience operating large flatbed trucks Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Experience hauling heavy, oversized, or specialty freight preferred Forklift and/or crane experience a plus Physically able to assist with loading/unloading and work outdoors in varying conditions Strong communication, reliability, and time-management skills What We Offer Starting pay of $0.50 per mile, with the opportunity to earn $0.55 per mile after 6 months Regional driving schedule Leave Sunday, Home by Friday Health insurance and full benefits package Dental, vision, and life insurance Consistent routes and schedules Well-maintained trucks and equipment Supportive, team-based work environment Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
