Job Description:
Manpower is seeking a meticulous and skilled Frame Builder to
join our globally recognized team, dedicated to crafting
high-quality furniture that combines style, comfort, and
durability. As a valued member of our skilled labor force, you will
play a crucial role in the initial stages of our furniture
production process, working with precision to construct the
skeletal foundation of various furniture pieces. This position is
ideal for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and
have a keen eye for detail. Reading and interpreting furniture
design plans and blueprints. Selecting appropriate materials and
tools for frame construction. Measuring, cutting, and assembling
wood and other materials to create furniture frames. Ensuring all
frames meet quality and safety standards before they are sent for
further processing or upholstery. Collaborating with other team
members, such as designers and upholsterers, to ensure the finished
product reflects the design specifications. Maintaining a clean and
safe work environment by adhering to safety and hygiene
regulations. Proficiency in using tools and machinery used in
woodworking and frame construction. Strong understanding of
construction methods and furniture design. Excellent precision and
attention to detail. Ability to interpret technical documents and
drawings. A formal certification in Carpentry or Woodworking is
highly regarded. Relevant safety certifications related to
machinery operation.
