Job Description:

Press Operators play a crucial role in producing high-quality
packaging that enhances brand efficacy and customer experience
across diversified sectors. In this role, you will be responsible
for operating offset printing presses, maintaining strict quality
control, and collaborating with a committed production team to meet
and exceed production targets. Your expertise will drive the
consistent production of products that meet the high standards our
clients expect. Operate offset printing presses and related
equipment with precision. Ensure compliance with all safety and
quality policies and protocols. Conduct regular maintenance and
troubleshooting of machinery. Monitor printing quality through
continuous inspection of product output. Adjust ink distribution,
speed, and temperatures to ensure high-quality print results.
Coordinate with the production team to fulfill job orders on
schedule. Maintain accurate records of production and inventory.
Profound knowledge of offset printing processes and machinery.
Strong attention to detail for quality assurance. Ability to
troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. Effective communication
skills for team collaboration. Capability to work under pressure
and meet tight deadlines. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certification in Print Media or Offset Printing
Technology is preferred. Certification from the Graphic Arts
Technical Foundation (GATF) is advantageous.
