Job Description:

Nesco Resource is seeking Multimachine Operators in Hickory, NC.

2nd Shift : 3pm - 11pm

These operators have knowledge of how to operate more than one machine and/or piece of equipment. Typically, they will only run one type of machinery during any given shift, but they are capable of being placed at different stations on any work day.

Essential Function

• Find out what station you will be operating for that shift from your supervisor.
• Check with Range Leader for process that will be running.
• Get all materials needed for that station.
• Set up station according to what process you are running.
• Responsible for proper running of material through that station during that shift.
• Assist in other operations, as instructed.
• Perform any other duties asked of you by your supervisor.

Competencies

2. Detail and Quality oriented
3. Ability to lift up to 60lbs
4. Ability to operate a sewing machine
5. Ability to use a computer
6. Be able to use proper PPE: scissors, tape measure, ink pens, paint markers, sharpies, hole punch, stapler.

Work Environment
This job is out on the production floor and subject to that work environment.
Physical Demands
This is largely a physical job which requires standing for up to 6 hours, bending, etc.
