This is a part-time position. Nature & scope This position will be the first pointof contact for our inbound customer calls and a direct representative of our Company. The Customer Service Representative is responsiblefor providing excellent service to all we serve. Minimum eligibility requirements HighSchool diploma or general education degree (GED) acceptableMinimum1 years of Call Center experience preferredPriorsenior care experience preferredBasiccomputer skills requiredExcellentcommunication skillsAbilityto learn and consistently follow company standards, systems, and processesAbilityto work independentlyMaintainscompany equipment in a clean and operable mannerDetailoriented and works with a high degree of accuracyAbilityto multitaskAbilityto tactfully handle stressful and difficult situationsPossessstrong problem-solving skillsAbilityto speak clearly and professionally and use correct grammar when communicatingto callersMustbe able to perform the duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)with or without reasonable accommodation Essential functions Handles all incoming calls or inquiriesfrom prospective residents, family members, referral services, or general callsrequiring further assistanceResolves problems by clarifying issues;researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementingsolutions; escalating unresolved problemsAssists callers effectively bygathering information and routing calls to the appropriate personnelProvides callers additional informationor assistance based on company standards, systems and processes required by thecompany as neededUpdates job knowledge by participatingin educational opportunities within the senior care industryRecommends additional services byrecognizing opportunities through needs-based fact findingAccurately gathers marketing and salesinformation from callers seeking information for potential move-inTactfully handles confrontational orstressful interactions with the publicCompletes supporting paperwork and dataentry as requiredAccurately captures customerinformationCreates and maintains service reportsOther job duties as assigned JobSpecifications Ability to work with confidentialinformation. Demonstrate initiative andthoroughness in identifying issues, researching solutions and propose tomanagement. Ability to adapt to afast-paced environment and learn and retain new or evolving information andprocedures .
