Educate customers on self-service options Resolve technical issues Fix billing problems Establish new service or expand existing services Ensure our clients customers enjoy authentic experiences Who You Are As a customer service representative, your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You will have: High School Diploma or Equivalent. At least 6 months of customer service experience Great people skills A passion for helping others What's in it for you?
