Participates in the hiring, supervision, and evaluation of assigned staff.2. Schedules staffing to meet changing workload needs.3. Coordinates the daily operations of the physician office, including the medical records process, patient and physician scheduling, controlling the front desk, accounts payable, confirming appointments, office supplies and insurance verification.4. Charge entry and patient balance processing.5. Monitor and audit cash/payment funds.6. Daily reconciliation of charges and payments.7. Provides professional and technical support to staff and troubleshoots the delivery of patient care.8. Identifies training needs for staff and facilitates staff development. Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training, orientation, and education programs9. Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with standards, laws, regulations, and procedures. Recommends new and/or revised policies and procedures to the department manager.10. Reviews and uses clinical and medical records to determine health care patterns and assignment of appropriate resources. Ensures corrective actions.11.
