  • Ultrasound Tech
  • 1 year experience required
  • ARRT required, ARDMS registered or registry eligible
  • BLS required
  • Graduate of AMA accredited education program of health science education
    • Additional Details
    • Proof of I9 or Attestation required
    • Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
    • Proof of Everify or Attestation required
    • Residency Declaration Form required if the candidate is working on a compact license
    • ARC, AHA, or United States Department of Defense certifications only for ACLS, BLS, PALS
    • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for RRTs or upon client request
    • TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course required or preferred depending on the unit
    • Tech Cert Verification - National required for certain positions or preferred
    • State License 1 Verification - Primary Source Verification required
    • NURSYS Verification required as applicable
    • NIH Stroke Certification required for specific units
    • Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required as applicable
    • Competency Exam required
    • For Subcontractors Only: either signed Lotus HIPAA form or Core testing is acceptable
    • Personal Data Sheet must be completed for all candidates
