What you'll be doing--- Performing comprehensive cost-benefit analysis and making recommendations to senior leaders on where to invest budget, resources, and capacity to improve our people, process, and technology
--- Leading and managing large-scale, complex, strategic initiatives in alignment with our Lincoln Financial, Workplace Solutions, and Group Protection strategies
--- Developing comprehensive strategic roadmaps, in partnership with internal stakeholders and senior leaders, gaining support and alignment, and negotiating priority based on business value
--- Leading the execution of strategic roadmaps, in partnership with internal stakeholders, to deliver new capabilities to the market
--- Developing recommendations for improved organizational models to optimize achievement of business objectives and to meet evolving internal/external demands
--- Evaluating new and emerging partnership opportunities, and expanding existing relationships, to complement our suite of in-house capabilities
--- Creating and managing the GP Claims & Operations initiative portfolio, driving the continuous planning model
--- Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
--- Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility
--- Consults with internal stakeholders & other parties to prepare data driven GP Claims & Ops managed supplier profiles using spend, risk, key contract terms, service level agreements, and performance metrics for GP Claims & Ops managed suppliers.
--- Conducts performance reviews of GP Claims & Ops managed suppliers, identifies opportunities for efficiencies and executes on recommendations and strategies.
--- Analyzes existing GP Claims & Ops managed vendor related processes and capabilities to identify opportunities and recommend improvements to streamline workflows, enhance vendor performance, and reduce costs.
--- Stays informed on industry and regulatory trends in AI, automation, and emerging technologies to proactively identify new opportunities and optimize GP Claims & Ops managed vendor strategies.
--- Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging developments/trends, assessing impact, and collaborating with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future strategies
What we're looking forMust-haves:
- Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of comparable work experience
- 3-5+ years of experience directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this work
- Advanced analytical, strategic, and enterprise thinking skills
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
