Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the wire and
cable industry, is seeking a FL Regional Sales Manager to join
their team. As a FL Regional Sales Manager, you will be part of the
sales department supporting the outside sales team. The ideal
candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, strategic
thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully
in the organization. Job Title: FL Regional Sales Manager Pay
Range: $100,000 - $140,000 What's the Job? Identify and pursue new
business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and
networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing
clients to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty. Conduct
product presentations and demonstrations highlighting the value of
wire and cable solutions. Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and
consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Provide expert product
knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
What's Needed? A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's
degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. 8-10
years' experience in electrical cable/wiring sales with technical
understanding. Regional and territory sales experience required.
Travelling required. Sound problem solving, decision-making, and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment and
