Compensation & Incentives:

--- Year 1: Guaranteed base salary of $350,000
--- Bonus: 37.5% of net collections over $1 million
--- Year 2 and beyond: 37.5% of net collections

Responsibilities:

--- Fulfill all required qualifications, including a DDS or DMD degree, completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency, and an active North Carolina dental license.

--- Successful completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs is a mandatory requirement for this role.
