Pay Information $1,966 per week About The Position Job Title: RN - Home Health Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour Day Shift Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year Home Health experience License: Valid Driver's License and proof of Insurance Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Oasis experience - Knowledge of hospice philosophy - Infection control practices - Wound care and wound vacs - Experience with PICC line dressing changes and port access - Ability to perform IV infusions and catheter insertions - Critical thinking skills Description: We are seeking an RN for Home Health services. The RN will serve patients aged 18 and older, providing care for a variety of diagnoses. Common patient needs include wound care, feeding tubes, IV therapy, and disease management. The typical caseload is 6-7 visits per day, with an average of 30 visits per week. The RN should expect to complete about two admissions per day, weighted at 2.40 units each. Team members will cover multiple areas. Candidates must be willing to drive at night. Familiarity with electronic medical records is required.
