Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel
MedSurg RN to join our team in Bristol, Tennessee. This position
offers the unique opportunity to travel and provide medical care,
enhancing patient outcomes in a dynamic hospital setting. As a
MedSurg RN, you will work directly with patients in the
medical-surgical unit, administering medications, managing pain,
and monitoring patient recovery. Working with Gifted Healthcare,
you will be part of a compassionate team that values professional
development and patient-focused care. Administering medications and
treatments to patients within the medical-surgical unit. Monitoring
patient vital signs and recovery, and adjusting care plans as
needed. Educating patients and their families on post-hospital
care, preparing them for home management of their health.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Documenting patient care services by
charting in patient and department records. Strong clinical skills
in a medical-surgical environment. Proficiency in using medical
software and electronic health records. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time
effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of Tennessee or compact state license. Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification required upon hire.
