HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled OR Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. Assess patients pre-operatively and develop appropriate nursing care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate using computerized documentation systems. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Modify as necessary. Assist surgical team in the operating room by providing direct patient care and support. Ensure all operating room safety, infection control, and hygiene practices are followed. Manage medication and effectively use equipment within the operating room. Participate in post-operative debriefing and quality improvement processes. Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced setting Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene and infection control standards Skilled in providing patient-focused care under stress Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
