HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Extern to join our Neurology PRN team, providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of experienced neurology nurses. This role is pivotal in assisting with the care of neurology patients, incorporating advanced healthcare practices and learning firsthand from leading medical professionals. As a PRN staff member, flexibility and adaptability to varying schedules are essential, supporting the high standards of care that HCA Healthcare stands for. Assist in monitoring and recording patient conditions under direct supervision. Support the healthcare team in the implementation of care plans. Provide direct patient care as instructed by senior nurses. Maintain patient documentation. Prepare and manage patient rooms and equipment. Strong clinical skills Excellent communication Critical thinking Problem-solving abilities Adaptability in dynamic environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) beneficial.
